Joyce manor show

I am literally vibrating right now. I just woke up and my ears are still ringing, my voice is completely gone, and I’m pretty sure I have a bruise on my ribs from the barricade, but holy shit. Last night at the House of Blues was actually life-changing.

If you weren’t there, I’m sorry, but you seriously fucked up.

The Vibes Were Immaculate From the second the lights went down, the energy was just... different. You know that feeling when the air gets all static-y right before a storm? That was the pit. When they walked out and jumped straight into the set, the entire room just exploded.

We were screaming every single lyric so loud I could barely hear Barry, which is exactly how a Joyce Manor show should be.

The Mosh Pit Absolute fucking carnage in the best way possible.

The Crowd Surfers There was a constant stream of bodies flying overhead.

During "Constant Headache," I was literally being crushed by strangers, and we were all just howling along. It was beautiful and sweaty and perfect.

Joyce Manor just doesn't miss. They play these two-minute songs that hit harder than any three-hour arena tour ever could. I’m going to be thinking about this night for the rest of my life. I got elbowed in the face probably 20 time, but honestly? Worth it.
